“An island feel with amazing food. I love seafood and hubby does not. This place had something on the menu for both of us. Amazing menu. Great bar area. Open island feel and not that dark atmosphere that some of the places have. Highly recommend this place to stop for lunch or dinner while on your island adventure.”

“Food was amazing! I got the pork belly tacos that were pretty spicy but so delicious. My fiancé got the bourbon burger and fries which he let me try and were both amazing. Service was great and got a table out on the deck and was able to see the car parade.”

“We just stopped by on a restaurant hop, but Madison wasn’t phased by our short stay. She was friendly, fast, and fun! The Red Shrimp was absolutely fantastic! I’m sure the rest of the food was wonderful, but the shrimp, the service, and the atmosphere was great!!”

“Great atmosphere with an awesome live music that kept the energy up all night. The shrimp was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Service was quick and friendly—our servers made sure drinks stayed full and everything came out on time. A fun spot for music, food, and good company.”

“10/10 Best burgers on the island. Personally the best choice is the Fire-In-The-Hole burger but we did try the Sweet Bourbon, Black Bean and the kids Cheeseburger. The staff are friendly and professional with knowledge of the menu. Definitely, I got my money’s worth.”

Excellent cocktails and service

“My husband and I stopped in for cocktails, and the bartender was excellent! She was very friendly and attentive. She made excellent martinis and old fashions. We will definitely return.”

Delicious food and atmosphere

“Delicious tacos and perch fish fry! Crust was amazing along with the espresso martini. Customer service fantastic — never felt rushed with lots of people down there!”

“Been to PIB many times but was first time stopping here. Boy have we missed out. The food was awesome and drink prices were actually fair. Think this has become my new favorite spot!! Nice job Reel bar for keeping it as real as you can on PIB.”

Great atmosphere, wonderful drinks, and memorable entertainment

“Great informal atmosphere, whether you’re just stopping in for a beer (which we planned) or spending the whole evening (which we ended up doing because the shows were so good). We just had drinks and appetizers, but we tried most of them! Ray Fogg was on for about 2 hours, which was a riot, so be sure to catch his show on Friday and Saturday nights if you can.”

Great Times in Put in Bay

“Three plates peel and eat shrimp, perch tacos, and the ribs were fantastic. Vitto was great. And they were open later as we approached the off-season.”

Best Lunch on the Island!

“This was one of the best lunches we had on the island! The grouper sandwich was huge and I paired it with the mexican corn, another huge portion. Both were fantastic! My husband ordered the garlic parmesan chicken chunks and declared that they were better than his favorite restaurant’s boneless wings back home!”

Fun and Chill Atmosphere

“Fun and chill atmosphere. Yummy drinks. Definitely get a round of Filthy Little Oars. Loved the live music. Vitto took great care of us and gave us great service!”

Great food and staff

“Wonderful place to eat and drink. Food was fantastic and our waitress Caitlin was spot on with everything. The lobster roll and the shrimp were suggested and they were some of the best we have ever had.”

Go for the burgers — stay for the fun!

“Reel Bar is a great lunch spot. Burgers and fries are always amazing. Our server, Vito, was great and gave us some tasty suggestions to try. Sit by the open doors and enjoy the fun people watching along with the fun bands playing.”

Best burger

“What a fabulous place! I’ve been to PIB many times and didn’t know this restaurant/bar existed. Catlin C. was an excellent server. My burger, the Reel burger, was outstanding. I asked a few locals where the best burger was on the island and the Reel was the answer. They were correct.”
